Wooter Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary With Wooter App and Wooter Apparel Offers

We’ve Got 5 On It: College athletic programs like Reedley College’s renowned championship football squad have turned to Wooter to create and produce eye-appealing uniforms at affordable prices. It’s just one of the many TD’s Wooter has thrown these last five years.

The legendary basketball coach, John Wooden really said it best.

"It is amazing how much can be accomplished if no one cares who gets the credit."

Today marks the 5-year anniversary of the launch of the upstart sports tech and sports apparel company from Staten Island that revolutionized organized sports around the world, from New York to New Guinea. Within that time Wooter can credit their success to a dedicated company vision, hardworking staff, trusted partners — and a passionate and brand loyal fan base throughout the world of sports.

What started by providing local and area rec leagues with everything from customized professional basketball jerseys and uniforms (Wooter Apparel) to a their own digital platforms (Wooter App) has grown to include a host of sponsorship and collaborations with an impressive list of pro athletes, sports organizations and foundations, teams, and leagues, college and youth programs, and more.

Since 2015, Wooter has teamed-up to design and produce sublimated jerseys/uniforms and digital platforms with Master P, Floyd Mayweather, Kawhi Leonard (KL2 Mammoths), NBA Alumni Member, Smush Parker, Carmelo Anthony, Hunter Pence Baseball Academy, the John McEnroe Tennis Academy, Jeff Teague (Team Teague AAU Basketball) and the J.J. Watt Foundation. Wooter Apparel has also created gear for the Brunson League, Ballin’ 4 Peace,  the San Diego Strike Force of the Indoor Football League, Florida Atlantic University (Lacrosse), and Reedly College (Football).

One of the best parts about our jersey and uniform collaborations at Wooter Apparel and the Prep Ball All-Stars is being able to watch these men transform into MVP type athletes (and look like real pros while doing so!).

That’s not even scratching the surface for Wooter, Wooter Apparel, and the Wooter App.

Wooter has worked with sports teams and leagues around the US and globally in over 25 countries, including Japan, Tanzania, Antigua, Grenada, Malta, the Netherlands and Australia, to name a few. In the the last five years, Wooter and Wooter Apparel have also customized jerseys and uniforms for the annual Balling 4 Lupus event, ABA teams (Baltimore Hawks, Richmond Elite, Carolina Cougars, ATL Rappers), the BRICK League (Ohio Pro-AM), Basketball Beauties League, Gotham Hoops Invitational, Crunchtime Basketball, East Side Hoops, and youth sports teams and programs like Prep Ball All-Stars, Irvington High School (New Jersey), Black Ops Cadets, Ball Out Group, Ottawa High School, the Oak Cliff Astros, and so many others who have represented Wooter in the game.

For the past three years, Wooter has uniquely designed and carefully produced customized jerseys, uniforms, and outfitted coaches at the annual Balling 4 Lupus charity basketball event in Atlanta with the goal of giving back through the game.

From all sides of the business, Wooter has remained a trendsetter. Back in 2015, Wooter was merely a year into their start-up infancy when they emerged as a leader by becoming the first sports apparel company to accept Bitcoin as a payment form. Wooter didn’t stop there. Two years later, Wooter began helping shape a global outreach cause that became the seed for Wooter Africa, while also paving the way in 2018 for “the big give back”. This was also the chance for Wooter to announce they are partnering with Seed Invest to offer people the opportunity to “own a piece of the pie”. The company anted-up by pledging $2.5M over the next three years towards donations and sponsorships for sports programs all over the world. Wooter is constantly looking for ways to innovate and remain forward thinking, resulting in offering online merch shops from popular YouTubers, E-Sports Gamers, and Social Media Influencers.

Last year also marked a first for Wooter when it was announced that Baltimore pro basketball standout guard Aquille Carr had signed with Wooter Apparel, becoming the very first athlete signed to the brand with the design and creation of Carr’s own AC3 clothing line.

We owe a big thank you to Sean Brunson and everyone at the Brunson League in Baltimore to the chance to team-up. Along with outfitting players who return each summer to represent Baltimore and go to work on courts around the Brunson League.

So how does Wooter plan to commemorate these big wins over the last five years?

Celebrating a landmark occasion by giving a little something back seems only fitting. As a token of appreciation for your continued support over the last five years, Wooter is giving customers and fans:

1. Two months free for the Wooter App. Use code: WOOTYEAR5
2. $150 off your team uniforms or custom apparel. Use code: TEAMWOOT150

Along with designing and creating unique and professional jersey and uniform designs, Wooter has also built the world's most powerful sports platform which any league or team can use for only $9.99/month and manage everything from a custom website, mobile app, schedules, payments, registrations, teams, players, profiles, stats, scores, media, video, highlights, ranking, measurements, broadcasting and more features.

It’s Wooter’s way of saying both thank you and join us in changing the game around sports.
