Wooter Apparel Aims To Close Out Successful 2021 As Global Leader In Customized Sports Apparel
As sports gradually returned to play around the world in 2020, the excitement of once again creating custom designed athletic apparel for professional, college, and high school athletes and teams mounted and came to life throughout 2021. Just take a look at the variety of unique designs Wooter Apparel recently created this past summer on the basketball court for Hoops In The Sun (Orchard Beach, Bronx), the BRICK League (Columbus, Ohio), the Detroit Queens (Detroit, Michigan), the Brunson League (Baltimore, Maryland), and the Basketball Beauties League (Los Angeles, California) for starters. They weren’t the only ones sporting Wooter Apparel as the company gained some national recognition thanks to the NFL Alumni, Major League Wiffle Ball and Bleacher Report, and a handful of NLI college athletes launching their own online collections. Within this time, Wooter Apparel also announced a sponsorship pledge for youth teams across the world to $10 million over the next three years, along with a huge incentive for current and potential Wooter platform users to create and design their own items with Wooter Apparel.
Over the last two months alone, a whole new crop of athletes – from MMA fighters, to gamers, and high school athletes across the US – are making their own mark on sports thanks to teaming-up with Wooter Apparel. For the second-straight year, Wooter is proud to outfit the University of South Dakota Esports team as the student organization club has competed in several titles within Esports. During the Fall season, the Coyotes brought home their first trophy from their local area network event by placing 4th in the LevelNext Twitter competition. Decked out in signature red and black school colors, the win secured $3,500 for the team who raised over $5,000 for charity. Next up: USD gets ready for the 2022 season starting in January.
Wooter Apparel also showed some major flex in MMA circles by recently collaborating with XFC on a collection of pre-fight apparel for the Young Guns 4 card at DeltaPlex Arena in Grands Rapid, Michigan. The event that closed out an impressive year for the upstart XFC included the return of MMA veteran Kenny “The Boss” Cross returning to the fight game after a year away, and Austin Bashi improving to 5-0 in the hexagon as he’s emerged as a young fighter to watch in MMA.
On the national stage is where Wooter Apparel shines the brightest. The company made headlines in early December when they announced that the brand has become the official corporate partner of The National Federation Of State High School Associations (NFHS) and the official corporate sponsor of custom team apparel for the NFHS. The NFHS writes playing rules for 17 sports for boys and girls at the high school level. Through its 50 member state associations and the District of Columbia, the NFHS reaches more than 19,500 high schools and 12 million participants in high school activity programs, including more than 7.9 million in high school sports.
Becoming the “go-to-brand” for customizing uniforms, jerseys, and apparel within sports across the United States is one thing, but watching standout athletes wearing Wooter Apparel around the world is a whole different story. In London, England, the OWE (Out Work Everyone) Lady Snipers basketball team came together with Pixelmedia to help shoot a promotional video for Community Basketball League and the Womens Community Basketball League powered by London School of Basketball. The production company (Pixelmedia) put together an outstanding video featuring OWE basketball player, Laela Britt, going to work on the court wearing Wooter Apparel.
