Your use of Wooter Apparel (“Wooter”) products available at www.wooterapparel.com and www.wooter.com is subject to the terms of this legal agreement between you, Wooter Apparel Inc. and Wooter, LLC., as amended from time to time.

This Privacy Policy describes how Wooter Apparel collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website located at wooterapparel.com (the "Site") and the services provided through the Site (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you use our Site or Services:
Customer Data: Information provided by you when you register an account, place an order, or communicate with us, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Site or Services, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

9. Wooter Apparel for ChatGPT
Wooter Apparel Inc. operates the Wooter Apparel ChatGPT app, which connects your conversation with supported features on Wooter’s customer platform. You can obtain guest estimates without connecting a Wooter customer account. Account-specific features require a customer account.
Information the app processes
Depending on the features you use, the app processes:
Connection information: the user identifier and verified email supplied through the app’s authenticated ChatGPT connection, your Wooter customer account identifier, and the information needed to associate that account with your connection.
Customer details: information you provide for account creation, ordering or design requests, including your name, email address, phone number and shipping details.
Shopping details: selected products, quantities, cart contents, quote details, and relevant information from orders you ask to view or reorder. Existing order records can include sizes and shipping details.
Design details: your team name, colors, design instructions, requested due date and relevant design-request records.
Action records: prepared reviews, confirmation status, submission results, returned Wooter record identifiers and error information used to check the outcome of a request and help prevent duplicate submissions.
Please provide only the information needed for your request. Do not put passwords, access tokens or payment-card details in the conversation or in a support message.
How we use this information
We use this information to connect the correct customer account, retrieve the records you request, provide estimates, prepare details for your review, and carry out supported actions after confirmation. We also use account identifiers to check record ownership and action records to investigate errors or uncertain submission results.
Preparing a review does not itself submit an order or design request. When you confirm a supported action, the relevant information is sent to Wooter’s API to carry it out.
Account connection and credentials
The current connection process for existing customers uses a secure connection form outside the ChatGPT conversation. The form receives your Wooter password and sends it to Wooter for authentication. The app does not save that password. For account creation confirmed through the app, the server generates a password and sends it to Wooter without displaying it in the conversation. You can use Wooter’s password-reset process to set your own website password.
The app stores an encrypted Wooter access token to perform authorized customer requests. The current connection expires after up to 24 hours. Expiry prevents further use through that connection. Expired connection records are automatically removed during app requests and daily cleanup.
Information shared with Wooter and ChatGPT
When you use the Wooter Apparel ChatGPT app, relevant information is sent to Wooter’s API to process your requests, including account details, contact and shipping information, product selections, quantities and design instructions. Relevant results, such as quotes, cart contents, order details, design-request updates and links to your Wooter records, are returned to ChatGPT to support the conversation. Hosting and storage providers also process information needed to operate the app. OpenAI handles information in your ChatGPT conversations under its applicable terms, privacy policy and your account settings; this Privacy Policy does not replace OpenAI’s policies. If you follow a link to Wooter’s AI designer or uniform builder, information you provide there is processed through Wooter’s platform. Never share passwords, access tokens or payment-card details in the conversation.
The app automatically removes expired customer connections and deletes app action records once they reach 30 days old. Cleanup runs during app requests and daily maintenance; eligible records may remain for up to one additional day under normal operation. Disconnecting removes the stored customer connection. This cleanup applies to the app’s active storage, not Wooter platform records, ChatGPT conversations, logs or backups. For app-specific deletion requests, contact tyrone@wooterapparel.com.
