After beginning with the Urban Impact Foundation as a day camp counselor after graduating from Geneva College, Rocky Higgins has truly helped grow basketball into the top program at UIF Hoops and is being recognized by Wooter Apparel for his contributions around the game in Pittsburgh as “Coach of the Month”.
